Are you having problems with fatigue, irritability, trembling or feeling twitchy, being easily startled, all of these can be symptoms of anxiety. It is the disorder of our times and it can leave one feeling exhausted and at odds with the world.
Anxiety can be treated with counseling. If needed, medications may also be prescribed to help.
Using a combination of meditation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Restructuring, and reminders of the basics (eating healthy, getting enough sleep, exercising, limiting alcohol, etc.), most people are able to reduce their anxiety considerably.
